Bill Novomisle Joins KorumLegal as Managing Consultant, Process & Technology.

We're expanding our process and technology offerings and are thrilled to announce that Bill Novomisle has joined KorumLegal as a Managing Consultant, Process & Technology. Bill's focus will be on growing and expanding our services offerings in legal process consulting and legal technology implementation.

Bill has been dedicated full time to legal process and technology improvements, at both law firms and in-house departments, for over eight years.  He has always viewed the practice of law a bit differently and we are excited to add his innovative spirit and deep experience to the KorumLegal team!  Bill was a corporate/commercial litigator at Shearman & Sterling and Paul Hastings in New York City prior to focusing on transforming the practice of law around the world.  Since he has embarked on his life’s passion, he has held leadership positions at PepsiCo, TD Bank, Stikeman Elliott, and founded a first-of-its-kind legal management consultancy in Shanghai, In-Gear Legalytics.

Born in Nebraska, USA, he grew up all around the Midwest and Northeast of America, but he will always tell you that he is from New York City. He has also lived and worked in the NYC suburbs (where PepsiCo is located), in Toronto, Canada, and Shanghai, China before moving to Hong Kong with his family.  He experience has given him opportunities to develop a tailored approach to legal department innovation and change management which he is excited to further develop and grow at KorumLegal.  He has also been lucky enough to have led transformations with legal departments in India as well as all the other jurisdictions he has lived within.

Bill is a terrific chef (though he won’t admit it), and is passionate about his kids, his wine collection, and his heavy metal music.  Welcome Bill, to the KorumLegal team!
