Rob joined KorumLegal in May 2019 having previously worked as a corporate lawyer in the London team of a US law firm before moving to Singapore in 2016 to help develop their mainstream corporate and commercial practice for the Asia-Pacific region. He has supported global corporate clients with M&A, investments, joint ventures and other business expansion strategies.
Rob’s client experience includes secondments, public and private corporates, family offices, entrepreneurs and investment funds across a variety of industries and sectors, in particular financial services, technology and consumer goods & services.

Amrita is an Indian qualified lawyer and gained experience working for commercial law firm and in-house legal teams.
Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Amrita was working with Accenture Solutions Private Limited in India. She was part of the Global Legal Network (GLN), India Contracting Function supporting the Middle East. Later, she was part of the GLN APAC Ventures & Acquisitions team where she provided end to end support to Accenture acquisitions with focus on Due Diligence of client and vendor contracts, Post Merger Integration and Contract Management Integration support. Early in her career, she worked with a commercial law firm gaining both litigation and non-litigation experience.
After moving to Hong Kong, she has experience working in the recruitment space as a Researcher, focusing on strategic research by identifying top-tier candidates for diverse roles including but not limited to Legal and Banking industry.
