Senior Legal Counsel l Mining & Natural Resources l Malaysia l Contract

We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support one of the world's leading resources companies on a contract basis in Malaysia.

You'll work closely with legal and business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, providing strategic legal advice, supporting complex commercial transactions and procurement contracts, and driving legal innovation initiatives as part of a global Legal Services Team.

The ideal candidate is a Malaysia-qualified lawyer with 10–20 years' PQE gained at a top-tier law firm and/or corporate legal department, with strong commercial contracting expertise and the ability to assess and manage legal risk independently. Strong stakeholder management skills and fluency in English are essential.
