Senior Legal Counsel | Digital Assets | 8-15 PQE | Singapore/Hong Kong

We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support a leading digital asset trading platform on a 6+ month secondment, based in Singapore or Hong Kong.

You'll advise on complex cross-border disputes, regulatory matters, and legal risk issues, while supporting commercial contracts, internal policies, and emerging regulations. Working closely with the Legal team and senior stakeholders, you'll provide strategic advice and handle ad hoc matters across a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate is a common law-qualified lawyer with 8–15 years' PQE and solid knowledge of cryptocurrencies and digital assets, together with experience handling disputes, investigations, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions. The ability to work independently, exercise sound commercial judgment, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential.
