Commercial Legal Counsel | Global Consumer Brand | Asia (Remote)

We’re looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel to join the legal team of a Singapore-headquartered global consumer brand on an initial 12-month contract.

You’ll advise on a broad range of commercial agreements, support corporate secretarial matters across the group’s entities, and handle data privacy and intellectual property-related work, all as part of an established in-house legal team.

The ideal candidate is a common law-qualified lawyer with 7+ years’ PQE and strong commercial legal experience, particularly across data privacy, intellectual property, and/or technology matters. Candidates must be based in Asia within a few hours of Singapore time and available to start immediately.
