Legal Consultant | ISDA | Hong Kong l 12-Month Contract

We’re looking for an experienced legal professional to join the legal team of a leading financial institution in Hong Kong on an initial 12-month contract, focusing on ISDA and derivatives documentation.

You’ll negotiate and manage a broad range of trading documentation including ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, GMRAs, and GMSLAs, supporting business lines across derivatives, fixed income, treasury, securities financing, asset management, and wealth management. Working closely with counterparties and internal stakeholders, you’ll also provide legal and transactional support on OTC derivatives and structured products matters.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience negotiating ISDA and related trading documentation, with strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. A law degree is required, and legal qualification is viewed favourably. Excellent written and spoken English is essential, and Chinese language capabilities are highly desirable.
