Lara is a UK qualified senior lawyer with extensive in-house experience and key Asian market expertise.
She has significant experience in cross border negotiations and acquisition work and has worked with a range of companies: from multinationals to startup companies in the Technology and Telecommunications sectors globally. Her most recent role prior to joining KorumLegal was managing the legal function for BT in Hong Kong, China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.
Lara has managed legal and compliance for companies working in UK, Australia, Europe and Asia and has a keen interest in legal department strategy, building effective legal and compliance systems and managing a proactive rather than reactive legal function.
Her practice areas cover a broad range of legal matters such as commercial agreements, intellectual property, data protection and legal compliance.
