Marelli is a leading independent automotive manufacturer, formed in 2019 through the merger of two global automotive companies. Following the merger, Marelli sought to transform its Legal and Compliance (L&C) function into a highly integrated, visible, and strategic business partner, leveraging best practices and technology in a cost-effective way.
KorumLegal was engaged to conduct a thorough Health Check of Marelli’s existing L&C department. This included auditing team structures, processes, ways of working, and technology use. From this diagnostic, we delivered a detailed blueprint for a new Team Operating Model, with clear recommendations on organisational design, optimised workflows, and enhanced processes.
