We’re looking for a US-qualified Legal Counsel to join an international investment management business on a fractional, fully remote basis, providing approximately one day per week of legal support from anywhere in Asia.
You’ll advise on a broad range of regulatory, corporate, and commercial legal matters, with a primary focus on US securities regulatory issues within the asset and fund management industry, partnering closely with business stakeholders across a varied and interesting workload.
The ideal candidate is US-qualified with 5+ years’ PQE and experience advising on SEC regulations within asset management, investment management, or funds. Candidates with broader SEC regulatory experience will also be considered. Strong commercial judgement, adaptability, and the ability to work independently are essential, and candidates must be based in Asia and able to work within Singapore time zone alignment.
