In this position, you will advise on a diverse range of technology-driven initiatives, including software licensing, cloud-based services, SaaS offerings, data-related matters, and emerging AI solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams across legal, product, and commercial functions to support the launch and delivery of innovative products while balancing legal risk with business objectives.
To be successful, you will be a qualified lawyer with 7+ years of PQE, acquired within a top-tier law firm and/or a multinational corporate environment. You should possess solid expertise in technology law. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
