We are seeking a Senior Capital Markets Lawyer with 12 - 15 years' PQE for a 3–6 month contract supporting the securities arm of a leading financial institution in Hong Kong, with strong potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role. This is a senior, business-facing position requiring deep capital markets expertise and a solid understanding of securities products and transactions. The role involves managing a small team and working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing strategic legal support on a broad range of matters relating to the institution's securities operations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned lawyer with demonstrated leadership experience and the gravitas to operate at a senior level within a major financial institution. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential, with Cantonese highly preferred. The role is expected to start immediately.
