We are seeking a lawyer to provide strategic legal support on M&A, investments, and joint ventures, with a particular focus on crypto and Web3-related transactions. The role involves leading complex deals, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, ensuring multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance, and advising on emerging legal risks in the crypto/Web3 space. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage external counsel, develop internal policies for new technologies, and mentor junior legal staff.
The ideal candidate is a common law qualified lawyer with 8–10 years’ corporate and M&A experience gained at a leading law firm. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
