We are seeking a Legal Counsel with 5+ years' PQE for a 6+ month contract supporting a financial services firm in Hong Kong. This is a hands-on role spanning the full breadth of financial services legal work, including participation in the development of new businesses and financial products, SFC compliance and licensing matters, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and risk control and assessment. Experience with financial products such as ECM and bonds is expected. The ideal candidate is a Hong Kong–qualified lawyer with well-established experience across the above areas. Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin are mandatory. We are looking for candidates available to start in July.
