We are seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel with 5 - 10 years' PQE to support a client in the insurance technology sector across a broad range of commercial, contractual, and compliance matters spanning regional operations. The role covers drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements - including SaaS, PaaS, partnership, and vendor contracts - alongside managing cross-border negotiations across APAC and other English-speaking markets, and providing legal and regulatory advice across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate is a common law–qualified lawyer with experience negotiating with large technology companies across APAC and exposure to TMT, internet, cloud, or SaaS/PaaS work. Outstanding drafting and interpretation skills and excellent English proficiency are essential.
