We are seeking a Commercial Contracting Lawyer to support a global technology firm in Malaysia on a 6-month contract. This role will focus on post-merger integration work, including commercial contracting, system integration (SI), SaaS, and managed services. The successful candidate will lead client negotiations, take ownership of deals, and work closely with project managers, finance, and other internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a common law-qualified lawyer with 8-10 PQE who can work independently. Strong written and spoken English is essential, and prior experience in other similar technology consulting firms would be highly advantageous.
