We are seeking a junior lawyer for an assignment with a leading Fintech/Web3 company in Hong Kong. As part of a newly established legal team, you will review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, while advising on product launches, market expansion, regulatory compliance and data privacy matters across multiple jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will be a 2-4 PQE lawyer qualified in a common law jurisdiction, with fluency in English and Cantonese. Prior in-house experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates should possess strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is an initial contract position with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role for the right candidate. We are looking for candidates who are able to start immediately.
