After establishing its first APAC office in Singapore, the company needed an agile, on-the-ground legal partner capable of balancing day-to-day operations with regional growth plans, while maintaining strong cost control.
KorumLegal provided an experienced senior lawyer to serve as Railsbank’s first APAC Regional Counsel. The consultant offered support across commercial and technology agreements, regulatory and licensing issues, compliance, and new market entry initiatives in close collaboration with the global legal and compliance teams. Starting on a part-time basis, the engagement was extended to a full-time 12-month role.
The result? Railsbank gained a reliable, high-calibre legal presence in Singapore to support both immediate operational needs and long-term expansion objectives.
