Our client is one of the world’s leading global financial institutions, with over USD 3 trillion in assets and a vast international footprint. Following a regional hub restructure, the bank sought to enhance the effectiveness of its large legal team. The primary goals were to optimise processes, establish clear operating principles, improve ways of working, and increase transparency and collaboration across the 60+ person function.
KorumLegal’s Process & Technology (P&T) team worked closely with the General Counsel and leadership to conduct a comprehensive review of the legal team’s methodologies and internal processes. Through stakeholder interviews and collaborative workshops, we co-designed and implemented a tailored solution that included a structured operating model, visual management boards, targeted training sessions, and multiple process optimisation initiatives.
